   打开word,我们先输入的题目,如岩旅袭下图所示,每输入一行题目空一行.

   接着在每个题目下面插入一个表格,行和列的数量根据选项来定,比如是两个选项,就是2列1行,如果是四个选项,就是4列1行.也就是说,选项个数就是列的数量.近温比如下面我输入的表粗兄格.

   然后我们在表格镇圆中输入对应的选项,如下图.
